Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Italian menu items according to recipes and company standards
- Assist in the preparation of pizzas, pasta, sauces, risottos, antipasti, and other Italian specialties
- Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently and attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages
- Properly store food items and ensure stock rotation using FIFO principles
- Assist in receiving and checking deliveries
- Minimize food waste and control portion sizes
- Support the Chef de Partie during busy service periods
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly
- Train and assist junior kitchen staff when required
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an Italian restaurant or similar role
- Good knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Summary
- The Demi Chef de Partie assists in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Italian dishes while maintaining high food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
- The role supports the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and ensures smooth service during operating hours.
Key Responsibilities
