- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to recipes and standards
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and mise en place efficiently
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control standards are maintained
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and minimize food wastage
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food products
- Support the team during busy service periods
- Maintain knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Collaborate with colleagues for smooth kitchen operations
- Participate in training and development initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hospitality kitchen environment
- Demonstrated experience working in fast paced kitchen operations
- Experience with food preparation and cooking in a professional setting
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred)
- Food safety and hygiene certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Job Description
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and service requirements.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and mise en place for service efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control standards are maintained at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards and procedures with meticulous attention.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and actively work to minimize food wastage.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all food products according to established protocols.
- Support the team during busy service periods while maintaining focus on detail and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods relevant to our menu.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations and exceptional guest dining experiences.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance culinary skills and operational knowledge.
