Job Description

- Prepare consistent food items for à la carte and buffet menus according to recipes and standards.
- Check taste, temperature, visual appeal, quality, and portion consistency.
- Follow safety, health, security, loss control, and government requirements.
- Communicate with the team and respond to guest feedback.
- Conduct quality checks on pastry products.
- Follow food safety, HACCP, and sanitation requirements.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar position is required.
- Experience in a five-star hotel is preferred.
- Passion for presentation and strong attention to detail are required.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, and ISO standards is required.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and appropriate grooming standards are required.
