- Assist in managing the assigned kitchen section during preparation and service
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to luxury hotel standards with consistency and attention to detail
- Ensure mise en place is completed according to operational requirements
- Support supervision and training of Commis Chefs
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper storage within the section
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and minimize waste
- Assist with stock control, rotation, and ordering as directed
- Communicate effectively with senior chefs and other kitchen sections
- Assume responsibility for the section in the absence of the Chef de Partie
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury hospitality company
- Professional culinary qualification or equivalent experience preferred
- Food Safety & Hygiene certification required or willingness to obtain
- Good knowledge of culinary techniques relevant to the assigned section
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Overview
- The Demi Chef de Partie supports the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of a designated kitchen section within a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the assigned kitchen section during preparation and service.
