Role Overview
Kerzner International is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join the One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai.
The role supports the assigned kitchen section and the preparation of authentic Italian dishes.
The position contributes to quality, food safety, guest satisfaction, and daily kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie in leading the assigned kitchen section.
- Prepare and present authentic Italian dishes to high standards.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and food safety throughout kitchen operations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and responsibilities strictly.
- Handle guest requests professionally and with attention to detail.
- Support team training and development.
- Take charge of the section when the Chef de Partie is absent.
- Maintain personal hygiene and grooming according to company standards.
