About the Role
Nestlé USA seeks a Demand & Supply Planner for a temporary role in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The position involves leading demand planning, inventory optimization, and collaboration with commercial and operational teams to ensure product availability and service levels.

Responsibilities
- Lead bottom up consensus demand plans for categories in scope through alignment with commercial and operational stakeholders
- Ensure product availability with desired freshness and optimum inventory levels
- Conduct advanced price elasticity simulations in collaboration with commercial teams
- Collaborate with district sales managers to enhance forecast accuracy
- Manage PIPO E2E plans to avoid out of stock or overstock
- Monitor KPIs such as OG%, tonnage growth, DPA, bias, COF, stock cover, and bad goods
- Coordinate with local A&P team for promo stock availability
- Govern end to end monthly pallet projections with warehouse and logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or Supply Chain
- Not less than 2 years of experience in demand planning
- F&B Background is a plus
- Experience in Microsoft Office Tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills

Position Summary
- Leading bottom up consensus demand plans for categories in scope within Cluster through efficient alignment across commercial & operational stakeholders.
- Ensuring product availability with desired freshness, optimum level of inventory & consistent achievement of service level.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Lead MBPC in the cluster for categories in scope to ensure consensus bottom up demand plan for 18 months horizon.
- Ensure that Sellout/IMS data is used in building the bottom up consensus demand plan by category, district & SKU.
- Responsible for advanced price elasticity simulations in anticipation of currency devaluation.
- Maintain close collaboration with District sales senior managers for in depth analysis of second tier wholesalers.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to manage ICP & develop baseline demand forecasts for new product launches & Promotions.
- Responsible for PIPO E2E plans to avoid OOS or overstock on a monthly basis.
- Connect with sales support on the month's landing & assess its potential impact.
- Ensure supply at the right time with the right freshness while maintaining optimum inventory.
- Contribute positively to bad goods reduction through MSR meetings.
- Continuous monitoring of KPIs evolution.
- Maintaining and communicating DPA learning log.
- Coordinating with local A&P team to ensure on time execution and availability of promo stocks.
ARE YOU A FIT?
