About the Role
Nestlé seeks an Associate Manager for Distributor Inventory Management in Jeddah to serve as the primary point of contact for VMI/CMI customers, ensuring accurate replenishment and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact and advocate for VMI/CMI customers to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Drive customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high quality service and meeting service fulfillment measures
- Perform proactive data analytics on Customer Behavior Trend and out of stock risks
- Generate optimized replenishment orders in Nestlé or customer VMI/CMI system balancing inventory and service goals
- Manage VMI technical solution including data maintenance and alignment with Nestlé and Customer systems
- Optimize distribution costs by collaborating with cross functional business partners
- Engage with customers to resolve issues related to stock replenishment process
- Ensure right and on time information for Customer to manage stock related activities
- Execute strategies from Operational Demand & Supply Review to ensure stock allocation based on business and customer prioritization
Requirements
- 2 4 years of operational experience in order fulfillment type of role in a similar market environment or trade structure
- College/University degree required
- Good knowledge about Generating Demand, Supply Chain and Finance process for pricing
- Understanding of Logistics processes including Materials Handling
- Supply Chain E2E Processes and Customer Service Best Practices and solutions knowledge
- Experience working for or with a customer in a collaborative environment (beneficial)
- Experience in other Supply Chain functions such as Physical Logistics or Sales support (beneficial)
- Experience in related business improvement projects (beneficial)
