- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the OOH/Food Service channel
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key B2B customers and business partners
- Drive category growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Deliver volume, revenue, profitability, and market share objectives
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and pricing strategies
- Manage budgets, promotional activations, and trade marketing initiatives
- Analyze commercial performance, sales mix, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
- Develop route to market strategies to optimize channel performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of commercial plans
- Prepare business reviews, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 2–5 years of commercial or sales experience
- Proven experience within the Out of Home (OOH) or Food Service channel
- Strong B2B sales and/or marketing experience, including account management, negotiations, contract management, budgeting, and commercial activations
- Experience with Brand Building
- Experience within the coffee or hot beverages category is highly preferred
- CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Entrepreneurial and growth mindset
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to travel as required

- The successful candidate will work cross functionally to deliver sustainable business growth, maximize profitability, and strengthen our market position.
A Day in the Life …

What will make you successful…
