Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to incorporate market insights into demand planning.
- Monitor and analyze demand fluctuations, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Optimize inventory levels to balance demand, supply, and cost efficiency.
- Use statistical tools and forecasting software to improve demand accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations on demand trends and inventory performance for stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of demand planning software and tools.
- Work closely with suppliers and production teams to ensure supply aligns with demand.
- Develop contingency plans for demand fluctuations and supply chain disruptions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and statistical forecasting.
- Proficiency in demand planning tools such as SAP APO or similar software.
- Advanced PowerBI skills or similar apps.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or E-commerce industries.
Knowledge of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
