Responsibilities
- Arrange and utilize warehouse space to receive and store incoming products and materials
- Receive incoming materials and ensure all required documentation is obtained
- Upload, download, and handle incoming materials using forklift trucks and other equipment
- Check incoming items against invoice number, quantity, and related documentation
- Submit goods receipts to warehouse supervisor
- Deliver and transfer stored materials to customers' warehouses in coordination with assigned shipper
- Request DRR/Delivery notes from customers and deliver to accounting department
- Ensure forklifts and warehouse equipment are ready for daily operation
- Assist in preparing periodical reports for warehouse transactions
- Assist in solving daily warehouse operational problems
- Store inventory organized with storage locations
- Complete inventory counts as per directive
Requirements
- Preferably supply chain graduate or related qualification
- Proven experience of 1 year minimum as a warehouse

Job Overview
