Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, build, and optimize multi-channel inbound and outbound marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, content syndication, webinars, and automated email sequences.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner closely with sales leads to execute tailored ABM strategies targeting our Target Account List (TAL) to increase enterprise deal velocity and win rates.
- Sales & SDR Alignment: Build tight hand-off processes and SLAs with the sales team to ensure rapid lead follow-up, high conversion rates, and continuous feedback loops on lead quality.
- Funnel Analytics & Attribution: Track, analyze, and present performance metrics across every stage of the funnel (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROAS, sales pipeline generated, and closed-won revenue).
- MarTech & Automation: Manage and optimize our core marketing stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, ABM tools) for precise audience segmentation, automated nurture tracks, and lead scoring.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Continuously test ad creative, landing pages, copy, and audience targeting to lower customer acquisition costs (CAC) while scaling pipeline volume.
What We're Lookin g For
Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on demand generation or growth marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Channel Mastery: Proven track record managing significant monthly paid acquisition budgets ($30k+/month) with verifiable pipeline contribution.
Tech Stack Proficiency: Strong operational experience with Salesforce/HubSpot, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads/GA4, and ABM/sourcing tools (e.g., Demandbase , 6sense, Apollo).
Sales-Minded Alignment: Strong empathy for sales workflows with a clear understanding of enterprise sales cycles, deal stages, and ACV dynamics.
Data-Driven: Ability to extract actionable insights from raw performance data and communicate key metrics clearly to executive leadership.
