Role overview
The Business Development Representative is the first point of contact for prospective customers.
The role focuses on building sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
The position provides exposure to global sales processes, campaign-based pipeline generation, and sales engagement tools.
What you will do
- Engage prospective customers through phone, email, social media, and digital channels.
- Identify customer segments, business needs, and verticals and route opportunities appropriately.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams on account-based and campaign-driven pipeline generation.
- Build knowledge of Infobip solutions and their business applications.
- Track forecasting and activities against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Use Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo for prospecting and data quality.
- Qualify inbound leads and support regional lead management.
- Participate in training, coaching, and feedback sessions.
