The Business Development Representative is the first point of contact for prospective customers.
The role builds sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

What You’ll Do
- Engage prospects through phone, email, social media, and digital channels to generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
- Identify customer segments, needs, and verticals, then route opportunities to the appropriate sales team.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams on account-based and campaign-driven pipeline generation.
- Build knowledge of Infobip solutions and their relevance to customer business challenges.
- Maintain forecasts and track activities against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Use Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo for prospecting activity management and data quality.
