The position supports efficient, stable, and compliant sea, air, land, and last-mile logistics operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily transportation and distribution operations across the Middle East.
- Coordinate carriers and local transportation providers across the international operational chain.
- Monitor delivery, cost, anomaly, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Optimize logistics processes and reduce operating costs.
- Resolve operational anomalies with warehouses, carriers, customs, and customer service teams.
- Analyze operational data and implement improvement projects.
- Manage transportation resources and supplier performance, capacity, pricing, and service quality.
- Support new routes, countries, and business scenarios in the Middle East network.
- Ensure compliance with local logistics, transportation, and customs regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in logistics, supply chain, international trade, transportation, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of logistics industry experience is required.
- Experience in cross-border logistics, freight forwarding, transportation operations, or distribution operations is required.
- Knowledge of sea and air freight, customs clearance, transshipment, and last-mile delivery is required.
- Middle East logistics experience is preferred.
- Experience with KPI management, data analysis, supplier management, and cross-functional coordination is required.
- Excel and Power BI proficiency is required; TMS, WMS, or OMS experience is preferred.
