About the Role

- Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support logistics operations
- Lead deep dive analytics on key delivery metrics including ATA, order fulfilment rates, and last mile efficiency
- Develop quantitative models for capacity planning, workforce scheduling, and demand forecasting
- Own data storytelling for weekly and monthly business reviews
- Partner with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to define metrics frameworks
- Lead and develop a team of 4–5 data analysts
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with 2+ years of team management experience
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python or R
- Strong background in internet, technology, or on demand platform companies
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field

What We Need From You
