Summary

  • Seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist II to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data science objectives and translate into actionable strategies.
  • Design, develop, and implement advanced predictive models and machine learning algorithms, including deep learning.
  • Analyze large and diverse datasets to uncover hidden trends and insights.
  • Implement robust data quality control measures and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain efficient data collection and preprocessing pipelines.
  • Create insightful data visualizations and presentations.
  • Propose innovative data driven solutions.
  • Refactor and optimize existing models, conduct testing, and monitor performance.
  • Identify and evaluate new data sources.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data science methodologies.

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics role.
  • Cloud foundational certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect).
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python preferred).
  • Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  • Demonstrated expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, reusable code.
  • Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or PhD in relevant field.
  • Experience with industry relevant datasets or technologies.
  • Publication record in data science.
  • Contributions to open source projects or personal data science projects.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow.
