Role Overview
- We are looking for a Data Science Head to help lead AI safety and readiness projects for a bank in the UAE.
- You will be a key player between business and technical, leading initiatives for testing AI safety, part of a multi billion dollar project over the next few years.
Experience Needed
- 8 12 years industry experience.
- Management direct reports & multiple squads (project dependent).
- Evaluation frameworks for Gen AI.
- Evaluation frameworks for predictive ML.
- Extensive ML / MLOPs Engineering experience.
- Make sure AI deployments meet the bank’s risk and compliance standards.
- Experience in AI Gov, ethics and responsible principals.
- Good stakeholder / business management.
- Have worked with X functional & corporate finance divisions.
- Banking or FS industry.
