Role Overview
Support the Supply Chain team by accurately entering purchase order, vendor, quantity, and pricing data into company systems.
Maintain records, logs, and supplier lists while following data management and confidentiality policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
- Enter purchase order details into databases and files.
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors.
- Maintain purchase, delivery, and invoice logs.
- Update supplier lists as directed by the Procurement Officer.
- Scan documents and retrieve or print information as needed.
- Respond to internal data and file requests.
- Maintain data integrity and security and perform assigned administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong, accurate typing skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Arabic and English spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Previous data entry or clerical experience and formal computer training are advantageous.
