The Role
We are seeking an organized Data Entry Clerk/Admin Assistant to support data management, document processing, record maintenance, scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, verify, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internal platforms.
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and formatting before submission or processing.
- Process invoices, forms, applications, reports, records, and other administrative documents.
- Organize digital and physical files and maintain an efficient document-management system.
- Scan, upload, rename, categorize, and archive documents according to company procedures.
- Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, lists, summaries, and administrative records.
- Update customer, supplier, employee, inventory, financial, or operational records as assigned.
- Identify duplicate, incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect information and coordinate corrections.
- Assist with email correspondence, calendar management, meeting scheduling, and appointment coordination.
