Role overview
The Data Engineer Associate will deliver managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve client efficiency.
The role focuses on transitioning and running services, supporting delivery teams, and optimizing processes for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support transitions and management of outsourced services.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to optimize managed-service processes and tools.
- Perform project management tasks to improve operational efficiency.
- Design and develop automation framework solutions.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and inform process optimization.
- Assist in developing service level management plans.
- Plan and execute deliverables for timely project completion.
- Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and refine service offerings.
Required qualifications
- At least a bachelor's degree is required.
- At least two years of experience with Netezza and DataStage or Oracle GoldenGate with SQL is required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
