- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions using MicroStrategy ONE
- Develop complete BI applications including schema objects, attributes, hierarchies, facts, metrics, filters, prompts, reports, dashboards, and dossiers
- Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions
- Implement advanced MicroStrategy features including Intelligent Cubes, caching strategies, incremental refresh, derived metrics
- Hands on experience with Strategy AI features: creating AI Agents, conversational analytics, AI assisted insights
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and performance tuning
- Work with enterprise databases/data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift, Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Databricks
- Use Python for data analysis, automation, data validation, API integrations, and reporting utilities
- Monitor and optimize MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and cubes; troubleshoot performance issues

- Strong SQL development skills
- Experience with at least one ETL tool
- Python scripting experience
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions using MicroStrategy ONE (latest versions).
- Develop complete BI applications including schema objects, attributes, hierarchies, facts, metrics, filters, prompts, advanced reports, dashboards, dossiers, and interactive visualizations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
- Build reusable semantic models and reporting frameworks.
- Implement advanced MicroStrategy features including Intelligent Cubes, caching strategies, incremental refresh, derived metrics, advanced analytics functions, and transaction services.
- Hands on experience with Strategy AI features: creating and configuring AI Agents, developing conversational analytics experiences, using AI assisted insights generation, implementing Auto Narratives.
- Enable business users to interact with data using AI driven analytics.
- Evaluate opportunities to automate reporting and insight generation using AI capabilities.
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and performance tuning.
- Experience working with enterprise databases/data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift, Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Databricks.
- Experience working with any enterprise ETL/data integration tool such as Matillion, Informatica, Azure Data Factory or other cloud ETL platforms.
- Use Python for data analysis, automation, data validation, API integrations, and reporting utilities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development.
- Strong hands on experience with MicroStrategy platform.
- Experience with MicroStrategy ONE / Strategy One latest versions.
- End to end MicroStrategy development experience: Modelling → Metadata → Reports → Dashboards → Deployment.
- Strong SQL development skills.
- Experience with at least one ETL tool.
- Python scripting experience.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with large enterprise datasets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
Preferred
- Experience implementing Strategy AI solutions.
- Experience creating AI Agents and conversational analytics solutions.
- Experience migrating/upgrading MicroStrategy environments.
- Knowledge of BI governance, security, and user access management.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Experience in retail, finance, supply chain, or enterprise analytics domains.
