- About this opportunity Gleeds is seeking a Scheduler to join our growing Project Controls team, supporting the delivery of large-scale Data Center and Mission Critical projects across North America. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, fast-paced construction programs for leading technology clients, developing and maintaining project schedules that drive successful project delivery. The Scheduler will work closely with project managers, cost managers, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure accurate planning, progress tracking, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to: Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Establish project baselines and monitor schedule performance against planned milestones.
Analyze critical path activities and identify schedule risks, constraints, and opportunities.
Perform schedule impact assessments and provide recovery recommendations when delays occur.
Coordinate schedule updates with project teams, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
Produce schedule reports, dashboards, and progress updates for project leadership and clients.
Support project controls processes including forecasting, earned value analysis, and performance measurement.
Facilitate schedule review meetings and communicate schedule status across project teams.
Ensure scheduling practices align with project controls standards and client requirements.
Assist in developing integrated master schedules across multiple projects and workstreams.
