A minimum of four years' experience in a bid or proposal role.
Demonstrable experience managing and delivering competitive tender submissions.

An understanding of professional services, construction, property or the built environment sector would be advantageous.
A track record of producing bespoke, creative, high-quality client documentation.
Skills & knowledge Strong project management and organisational skills.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English (mandatory).
Excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation skills to create, review and edit, ensuring consistent standard in line with company branding and style.
Excellent written communication, editing and proofreading abilities.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
Strong Adobe InDesign experience.
Work on own initiative, and to an exceedingly high quality.
Ability to develop compelling bid narratives and persuasive client-focused content.
Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines, in high pressure situations.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach.
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (desirable).
APMP Foundation, Practitioner or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
