Program Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and manage data from internal and external sources.
- Perform basic data analysis and generate reports.

- Validate data quality, interpret results, and document findings with senior analysts.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in data analytics and data analysis are required.
- Strong analytical skills are needed to interpret trends, identify patterns, and support data-driven recommendations.
- Data management abilities should include organizing datasets, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining documentation.
- Introductory knowledge of data modeling for reporting and analysis is required.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets and at least one tool such as Power BI or Tableau is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, independent remote work, communication skills, and willingness to learn from feedback are expected.
- A relevant academic background in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
