Trainee Activities
- Collect, organize, and manage data from internal and external sources.
- Perform basic data analysis and generate reports.
- Contribute to data models that support healthcare operations and business decisions.
- Work with senior analysts to validate data quality, interpret results, and document findings.

- The traineeship is remote.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in data analytics and data analysis, with interest in healthcare or technology applications.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting trends, identifying patterns, and supporting data-driven recommendations.
- Data management abilities, including dataset organization, data accuracy, and documentation.
- Introductory knowledge of data modeling for reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets and at least one analytics or visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and independence in a remote environment.
- Relevant academic background is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback.
