Program Description

The Data Analytics Traineeship is a remote internship focused on learning and supporting data-driven initiatives.

The trainee will contribute to real healthcare and business projects in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

The trainee will work closely with senior analysts while building practical data analytics skills.

Program Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and managing data from internal and external sources.
  • Perform basic data analysis and generate reports.
  • Contribute to data models that support healthcare operations and business decisions.
  • Work with senior analysts to validate data quality and interpret results.
  • Document findings and analysis outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Foundational skills in data analytics and data analysis are required.
  • Strong analytical skills are needed to interpret trends, identify patterns, and support data-driven recommendations.
  • Data management abilities should include organizing datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining documentation.
  • Introductory knowledge of data modeling for reporting and analysis is required.
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets and at least one analytics or visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are expected.
  • A relevant academic background is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback are important.
