Program Description

The Data Analytics Traineeship is a remote internship supporting data-driven initiatives at MedTourEasy.

The trainee will work on real projects related to healthcare operations and business decisions.

The trainee will collaborate with senior analysts in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

Program Responsibilities

  • Assist with collecting, organizing, and managing data from internal and external sources.
  • Perform basic data analysis and generate reports.
  • Contribute to data models that support healthcare operations and business decisions.
  • Work with senior analysts to validate data quality and interpret results.
  • Document findings and support data-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Foundational skills in data analytics and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting trends and identifying patterns.
  • Data management abilities, including dataset organization, accuracy checks, and documentation.
  • Introductory knowledge of data modeling for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently remotely.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback.

Preferred Skills and Background

  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets and at least one analytics or visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau is beneficial.
  • A background in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
