Program Overview

The Data Analytics Traineeship is a remote internship focused on learning and supporting data-driven initiatives.

The trainee will contribute to real healthcare and technology projects in a mentorship-driven environment while building practical data analytics skills.

Core Activities

  • Collect, organize, and manage data from internal and external sources.
  • Perform basic data analysis and generate reports.
  • Contribute to data models that support healthcare operations and business decisions.
  • Work with senior analysts to validate data quality, interpret results, and document findings.

Required Qualifications

  • Foundational skills in data analytics and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting trends, identifying patterns, and supporting data-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to organize datasets, ensure data accuracy, and maintain data documentation.
  • Introductory knowledge of data modeling for reporting and analysis.

Additional Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets and at least one analytics or visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote environment are expected.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback are important.
  • A relevant academic background in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Arrangement

  • The traineeship is remote.
