About the Role
Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks a Data & Analytics Consultant to bridge business and technical teams. You will design Power BI dashboards, translate requirements, and manage data models for capital projects.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary bridge between the client’s business teams (Engineering, Construction, Procurement) and the technical data team
- Lead requirements workshops and working sessions to uncover business needs, clarify ambiguous requirements, and define KPIs
- Translate business questions into clear technical specifications, data models, and reporting logic
- Design and develop interactive, high impact executive dashboards in Power BI
- Work within the client’s Snowflake & Power BI environment to design robust data models
- Write complex SQL transformations to clean, normalize, and prepare EPC data for reporting
- Own the validity of the data, tracing numbers from the dashboard back to the source
- Collaborate with the technical team to monitor CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot data ingestion issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Project Controls, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering
- Proven track record of managing 'hard' client relationships, navigating pushback, and driving consensus across technical and non technical teams
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and UI/UX design principles for executive reporting
- Understanding of capital project controls, scheduling, or construction management
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, transform, and model data within Snowflake
- Experience taking raw data from disparate systems and turning it into a cohesive business story (Star schema, dimensional modeling)
- Comfort working with JIRA, Git, and agile methodologies
- Holding recognized Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, etc.)

THE WORK
- You’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving.
- You’ll work alongside project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real world experience with digital innovation and AI.
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary bridge between the client’s business teams and the technical data team.
- Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and manage expectations in a high pressure environment.
Requirements Translation
- Lead requirements workshops and working sessions to uncover business needs.
- Translate business questions into clear technical specifications, data models, and reporting logic.
Business Intelligence & Visualization
- Design and develop interactive, high impact executive dashboards in Power BI.
- Ensure insights are accurate, intuitive, and actionable.
Data Logic & Engineering
- Work within the client’s Snowflake & Power BI environment to design robust data models.
- Write complex SQL transformations to clean, normalize, and prepare EPC data for reporting.
Quality Assurance
- Own the validity of the data, tracing numbers from the dashboard back to the source.
Process Oversight
- Collaborate with the technical team to monitor CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot data ingestion issues.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Familiarity with Python, dbt, or Azure Data Factory.
- Certifications: SnowPro Core, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL 300), and PMP/CSM.
- Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks.
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem solving abilities.
- Effective skills in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid: primarily onsite with client and partners, with some travel to various client sites at key project milestones.
