Programme and role
Akkodis is launching a technical delivery team for a UK national programme to transform and future-proof the central government workforce.
The programme will build and roll out a scalable, data-driven recruitment ecosystem using a SaaS-based platform.
The Data Analyst / Data Analytics Engineer will lead data analytics, reporting, and insight generation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain live and scheduled DOMO dashboards.
- Extract, transform, and integrate data from SaaS applications, APIs, and public data sources.
- Build and optimise ETL pipelines and data workflows.
- Apply predictive modelling, clustering, regression, NLP, and other AI techniques.
- Design scalable data models and analytics frameworks for self-service BI.
- Define KPIs, reporting standards, and business metrics with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct data profiling, validation, and quality assurance.
- Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory standards.

- Proven DOMO experience covering dashboards, dataflows, connectors, and datasets.
