Position overview
Akkodis is recruiting an AI Solutions Analyst for a leader in the aerospace industry.
The permanent role is hybrid in Mirabel and operates in a bilingual environment.
The role leads priority AI initiatives from proof of concept through industrialization and manages an AI project portfolio in North America.
AI delivery and industrialization
- Manage end-to-end implementation, deployment, and industrialization of high-value AI solutions, especially generative and agentic AI.
- Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases, lead idea integration, and apply milestone-based and SAFe or Agile governance.
- Define scope, deployment strategies, operating models, transition plans, and technical readiness for production industrialization.
Portfolio and quality assurance
- Track active and planned AI initiatives, budgets, risks, progress, and performance indicators.
- Present project health to steering committees and senior leadership and guide project managers on AI project management activities.
- Review project plans, risk registers, and deliverables while coordinating dependencies among teams and business units.
- Coordinate data scientists, machine learning engineers, developers, business analysts, and business teams.
