Position overview
Join a small, high-impact Data & Analytics team supporting the Hub, Integrations, and Social squads.
Turn ambiguous product and business questions into analysis and recommendations that help teams make better decisions.
Use SQL, Python, funnels, cohorts, experimentation, and dashboards while owning problems from the initial question through the next step.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support product and business initiatives through data.
- Turn unclear questions into hypotheses, success metrics, and analysis plans.
- Support product experiments and A/B tests by validating setup, defining KPIs, and analyzing results.
- Deliver end-to-end analysis for Hub, Social, and Integrations using funnels, cohorts, segmentation, and retention.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, recurring reports, and trusted metrics.
