Lead two engineering squads totaling 5-8 developers across Stay22 product and platform initiatives.
Balance people leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on technical work, with approximately 20% of time spent on code reviews, architecture, and coding.
Report to the Head of Engineering and help deliver robust, scalable, and high-quality platform services.
Leadership and Delivery
- Build and manage a high-performing engineering team and foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, improve team productivity, oversee end-to-end delivery, and communicate project status, decisions, progress, and risks to senior leadership.
