Requirements

• » Strong experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar data-focused role.
• » Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases, preferably Oracle or similar enterprise database platforms.
• » Good understanding of ODS, DWH, data marts, lakehouse, semantic layers, ETL/ELT, and BI architectures.
• » Experience with data profiling, reconciliation, validation, and data quality analysis.
• » Experience gathering and documenting business and data requirements.
• » Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including facts, dimensions, relationships, and analytical data structures.
• » Experience with Power BI or similar visualization and BI platforms.
• » Understanding of enterprise data platforms and technologies such as Informatica, GoldenGate, MDM, DQ, EDC/Axon, or equivalent technologies is an advantage.
• » Experience working with cloud and modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP is an advantage.
• » Understanding of CDC, data integration, metadata, lineage, data governance, and data security.
• » Ability to investigate complex data problems and identify the root cause of inconsistencies.
• » Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to data analysis.
• » Ability to communicate effectively with business users, developers, architects, and senior stakeholders.
• » Experience working in financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage.
