- » TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED
- » Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- » 6–10 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in a QA Lead or similar leadership role.
- » Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
- » Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- » Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps).
- » Strong knowledge of API and backend testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
- » Experience with performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or k6).
- » Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail).
- » Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- » Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive cross-team collaboration and influence quality culture.
