Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 10+ Years of experience and 5+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Business Analysis, or related roles.
- Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
- Experience working in a SAMA-regulated environment is an advantage.
- Strong experience in business capability mapping and Business Architecture modeling.
- Experience defining current-state, target-state, and gap analysis.
- Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture, business processes, and operating models.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- TOGAF, BIZBOK, CBAP, or similar certification is preferred
