Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the executive board on project priorities, progress updates, action items, and strategic alignment.
- Participate in strategy formulation and execution to ensure project practices support organizational objectives.
- Develop and deploy a Microsoft Power Platform system to track the performance and quality of more than 60 projects through KPIs.
- Oversee Agile adoption across projects and lead Agile Ambassadors in disseminating methodologies and best practices.
- Maintain project management methodology integrity and conduct audits to identify inefficiencies and drive improvement.
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions for project managers and participate in recruiting project management candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP certification is highly preferred; Agile, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.
- At least 10 years of project management experience, including 5 years leading or managing a PMO function.
- Experience managing software development projects using Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Strong understanding of project management and project tracking tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
- Experience in software development or an IT-driven environment and in leading large-scale cross-functional projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
