Data Analyst
- to support data cleansing, migration, and validation activities.
- This role is critical to ensuring
- accurate, clean, and structured HR data
- is successfully transitioned from legacy systems into the new platform.
- Perform
- data cleansing, profiling, and validation
- to ensure high-quality data
- Support
- data migration (ETL: Extract, Transform, Load)
- activities
- Map legacy HR/employee data to new system structures
- Identify and resolve
- data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors
- Collaborate with HR / Employee Relations teams to understand
- business processes and data requirements
- Conduct
- data reconciliation and validation
- during migration cycles
- Support
- testing (SIT/UAT)
- and post-go-live data fixes
- Maintain
- data mapping documents, cleansing rules, and audit logs
- Ensure proper
- data archiving and governance compliance
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in:
- Data analysis / data cleansing
- Hands-on experience with:
- ERP systems (
- Oracle EBS preferred
- )
- Strong skills in:
- SQL, Excel, data validation techniques
- Experience handling
- HR / employee data
- (highly preferred)
- Good understanding of
- HR processes & employee lifecycle
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Nice to Have
- Experience in
- ERP implementation or transformation projects
- Knowledge of Oracle tools (FBDI / HDL)
