- Manage and maintain the company's CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Identify business trends and provide recommendations to improve sales, customer retention, and operational performance
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Branch Teams to support business requirements
- Develop dashboards and visual reports using business intelligence tools
- Ensure customer data complies with company standards and privacy requirements
- Support management with forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, CRM, Business Intelligence, or similar role
- Experience in retail, entertainment, hospitality, events, or F&B highly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards)
- Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Requirements
