Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other digital channels
- Provide accurate information on services, packages, bookings, and events
- Convert enquiries into qualified leads and confirmed bookings
- Maintain enquiry records and follow up with customers
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Branch teams to ensure seamless service
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times
- Assist customers with party packages, event planning, and booking related enquiries
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized play and activity environment
- Report customer concerns, incidents, or operational issues to management promptly
- Support daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, childcare, hospitality, or event coordination preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, creative, and passionate about working with children
- Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Job Purpose
