Responsibilities
- Prepare and present canapés, starters, finger foods, sandwiches, and catering menu items
- Produce bakery and pastry products including cakes, muffins, cookies, cupcakes, and decorative desserts
- Carry out cake decoration, dessert finishing, and food presentation according to company standards
- Assist in menu development and introduce creative seasonal food and bakery offerings
- Ensure food is prepared according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
- Support catering functions, birthday parties, and special events with food preparation and setup
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and consistency at all times
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with HACCP requirements
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation of ingredients
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering food and bakery supplies
- Minimize food wastage through effective planning and portion control
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and preparation areas
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, Bakery Chef, or similar role
- Experience in bakery production, cake decoration, canapés, starters, and catering preparation
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creative approach to food presentation and bakery decoration
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Culinary certification is an advantage

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, Bakery Chef, or similar role
- Experience in bakery production, cake decoration, canapés, starters, and catering preparation
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creative approach to food presentation and bakery decoration
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Culinary certification is an advantage
Pay
- AED 3,000.00 AED 3,800.00 per month
