- Support inventory management and laboratory operations
- Mentor and support junior cytology staff
- Ensure compliance with DHA, JCIA, and laboratory quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology; Master's Degree in Cytology highly preferred
- DHA License as a Cytotechnologist or Cytoscreener
- Minimum 2 years of cytology screening experience post qualification
- Experience in both gynecological and non gynecological cytology preferred
- FNA assessment experience is advantageous

Role Overview
- Responsible for the processing, screening, and reporting of gynecological and non gynecological cytology specimens.
- Support clinicians during FNA procedures and ensure highest standards of quality, safety, and diagnostic accuracy.
