Overview
- The candidate will be working in our Flower Shop managing walk-in and online customers.
- The candidate must have UAE driving license.
- The candidate is expected to visit clients for meetings and proposal.
- Primary duties and responsibilities:
- To identify, affiliate, and onboard big tickets (events and weddings).
- Accountable for Business Development & Client relationship management.
- Develop business with existing Vendors and build clientele base for expansion of categories of products.
Order Management
- Answer "incoming or make outgoing calls and provide chat support" about product availability, quality, order status, and delivery status.
- Process orders received through online channel.
- Build constructive dialogues with customers and propose alternate product choices in the event of the non-availability of requested products.
- Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Experience
- Ecommerce Operations: 2 years (Required)
- UAE Customer Support in Retail Shop: 2 years (Required)
Language
- Arabic (Required)
