- Oversee the e commerce team in delivery, order fulfillment, customer service, and vendor management
- Ensure timely, accurate gifting orders during peak seasons
- Establish dashboards and SOPs for real time logistics, inventory, and customer satisfaction tracking
- Work with production and packaging to maintain quality and consistency
- Enhance brand visibility by collaborating with influencers, forming partnerships for corporate gifting, and implementing seasonal campaigns
- Forge strategic alliances with local and premium brands while crafting culturally relevant brand stories
- Coordinate product launches for regional gifting occasions, set pricing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis
- Maintain product catalogue, develop bundling strategies, and collaborate with design and merchandising teams for visual appeal and product discoverability
