- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection

- Handle billing, POS transactions, cash, and card payments accurately
- Take customer orders (in store, phone, or online if required)

- Ensure product displays are attractive and well stocked
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shop
- Coordinate with kitchen and wrapping staff for order fulfillment
- Support upselling and cross selling of products and gift items
- Follow company policies and customer service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales (F&B preferred)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Friendly, polite, and customer focused attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Team player with a positive and professional approach
