Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and service requests efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and complaints.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and follow up on requests.
  • Coordinate with branches and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.
  • Promote products, services, and ongoing offers when applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the F&B industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
