Role Overview

  • As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you have a very clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for our Saudi Arabia customers in Arabic by answering their requests through phone, chat and/or email this includes everything fro

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email in Arabic
  • Handle order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance
  • Use tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers

Work Schedule

  • This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most.
  • You will work 9 hours per shift and your work week is minimum 40 hours.
  • Shifts are scheduled within operating hours of 8 am and 10 pm Monday to Sunday.
  • You may be required to work national holidays.
