- Shape and drive the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) roadmap
- Own the roadmap, driving capabilities across sales, marketing, loyalty, and customer service
- Define product requirements, oversee configurations and integrations
- Monitor performance KPIs such as conversion, NPS, and adoption
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver scalable, data driven solutions
- Drive platform configuration and customisation including workflows, Business Process Flows, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 across airline, travel or loyalty driven industries
- Hands on experience in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules
- Strong understanding of integrations, data, and customer journeys
- Experience defining product roadmaps, writing user stories and requirements, and working in Agile environments

- Degree qualified with minimum 7 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 across airline, travel or loyalty driven industries.
- Hands on experience in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
- Strong understanding of integrations, data, and customer journeys.
- Analytical, customer focused, and tech savvy.
- Proven experience defining product roadmaps, writing user stories and requirements, and working in Agile environments.
- Strong experience managing product roadmaps and Agile delivery (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) is a plus.
Additional Information
- This is a full time, onsite role in Riyadh on a fixed term contract.
