Join Pepper Money's Brand and Marketing team and play a key role in delivering customer communications that support customers throughout their journey.

Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you'll help coordinate campaigns, improve customer experiences and ensure initiatives are executed accurately and effectively.

• Coordinate end-to-end customer marketing campaigns, from planning and testing through to launch, optimisation and performance reporting.
• Manage campaign timelines, stakeholder approvals and quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Support customer onboarding and transition communications, helping customers navigate key milestones with confidence.
• Coordinate initiatives that drive digital engagement and encourage adoption across customer channels.
• Prepare campaign performance and customer feedback reports, identifying trends, insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Track customer experience initiatives and help translate customer insights into meaningful business outcomes.
• Ensure all communications comply with regulatory, risk and governance requirements prior to deployment.
