Manager, Organisational Development – Permanent Location: North Sydney Salary Range: $168,000 - $180,000 Total Package Who We Are

The Role
This is a permanent opportunity to shape and deliver organisation-wide people, culture and capability initiatives that support Pepper Money’s strategy and strengthen organisational performance.
Working closely with the Human Resources team and our leaders, you’ll create practical, scalable solutions across organisational development, leadership capability, talent, workforce planning and employee engagement.
- Help shape and deliver the HR strategy in line with business priorities
- Design and maintain a capability framework and embed across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent and succession planning
- Facilitate annual talent review processes, and identify critical roles, succession risks and development priorities for key talent
- Partner with Technology to improve digital workplace adoption and identify practical uses for artificial intelligence, automation and digital tools
- Provide workforce reporting, analytics and people insights to support workforce planning and executive decision-making
- Work with HR and leaders to improve organisational structures, role clarity, team effectiveness and ways of working
- Use engagement data to shape culture and inclusion initiatives
- Support strong Human Resources governance, workplace safety and compliance
About you
You’re an experienced Human Resources professional who can balance strategic thinking with practical delivery.
You build trusted relationships, communicate clearly and know how to turn people insights into actions that improve capability and organisational performance.
Adaptable and proactive, you’re comfortable navigating change, influencing senior stakeholders and bringing others with you.
